So, wherever I go? Anywhere? High or low? God is there. I am never alone. He is with me always. He is with me when I feel Him. He is still with me even when I don't feel Him.
As you are reading this post, God is with you. The creator of the Earth is with you right now and He loves you. He was with you when you screwed up. He is with you now as you try to rebuild.
Application
Practice awareness throughout your day (as you walk into an elevator, type at your desk, or buy a coffee) that God is with you. How would your day be impacted if you chose to be actively vs passively aware that God is with you?
