God knew that we could not pay this price. So, God sent His son to save us. His son was mocked and beaten, so we could experience eternal life. This was a FREE gift from God.
I can’t earn God’s love or His salvation. He chose to freely give it to me knowing who I am and the sinner that I am. Dear God, I thank you for loving us. I thank you for our salvation. We thank you for paying the ultimate consequence of our sin which is death. Now, we will have eternal life with you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
